AZSTARYS (dexmethylphenidate hydrochloride)
AZSTARYS is indicated for the treatment of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.
How AZSTARYS Works
Azstarys is composed of serdexmethylphenidate and dexmethylphenidate. Serdexmethylphenidate is a prodrug converted in the body to dexmethylphenidate, a CNS stimulant. While the exact therapeutic mechanism of action in ADHD is not fully established, dexmethylphenidate is known to stimulate the central nervous system to help manage ADHD symptoms.
