How ORABLOC Works

This medication works by blocking the generation and conduction of nerve impulses, which increases the threshold for electrical excitation and slows the spread of the impulse. It also contains epinephrine, which slows the drug's absorption into the general circulation to prolong its numbing effect in the local tissue.
