The 5-HT2 receptor family (5-HT2A, 5-HT2B, 5-HT2C) are GPCRs that bind serotonin, influencing mood, perception, appetite, and cognition in the CNS. These receptors are implicated in various neurological and psychiatric conditions due to their diverse roles.
