How MOTPOLY XR Works

The precise mechanism by which MOTPOLY XR exerts its antiepileptic effects is not fully understood. Research indicates the drug selectively enhances the slow inactivation of voltage-gated sodium channels. This action stabilizes hyperexcitable neuronal membranes and inhibits repetitive neuronal firing.
