MILI (ethinyl estradiol)
Mili is a combination oral contraceptive used by females of reproductive potential to prevent pregnancy. It helps patients manage their reproductive health by providing a hormonal method of birth control. This medication combines a progestin called norgestimate with an estrogen called ethinyl estradiol to achieve its effects.
How MILI Works
This medication works by suppressing ovulation, which is the primary method used to lower the risk of becoming pregnant. By preventing the release of an egg during the menstrual cycle, the drug effectively prevents conception.
