MONO-LINYAH (ethinyl estradiol)

Mono-Linyah (norgestimate and ethinyl estradiol) is a combination oral contraceptive (COC) indicated for use by females of reproductive potential to prevent pregnancy. It is administered as a daily oral tablet containing a fixed dose of both a progestin and an estrogen.

How MONO-LINYAH Works

Mono-Linyah prevents pregnancy primarily by suppressing ovulation. Secondary mechanisms include thickening cervical mucus to inhibit sperm penetration and inducing endometrial changes that reduce the likelihood of implantation.
